Copyright notice requirements

Your notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work; the specific URL and description of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If content you submitted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification identifying the removed material, its former location, your contact information, the statements required by applicable law, and your signature. Valid notices may be forwarded to the person who submitted the affected material.

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate, Musiketo may restrict or terminate participation by repeat infringers and may remove material while a claim is reviewed. Knowingly submitting a false claim or counter-notification may create legal liability.
